About me

Hi, I’m Hannah, an Edinburgh based personal trainer offering personal training for women and beginners across Edinburgh, particularly Morningside, Bruntsfield, and the Southside. I am accredited by CIMSPA, and EMD UK.My approach focuses on creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients can build strength, confidence, and mobility at their own pace.Rather than focusing on unrealistic “before and after” culture, I help clients build sustainable habits that support long-term health, independence, and quality of life.Having found gym environments intimidating myself, I understand why many people feel the same. I am committed to creating a warm, non-judgemental space where every client feels welcome and capable. I am especially drawn to functional fitness and healthy aging, as I have been inspired by seeing first-hand that exercise can improve long term quality of life. My focus is on helping people move well and keep doing the things they love for longer.Qualifications & Training
- Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification (CIMSPA)
